Welcome. I am a Licenced Mental Health Counselor trained in trauma-informed approaches that include EMDR, somatic interventions, and parts work/IFS-informed therapy. I use EMDR-informed techniques that are integrated with somatic interventions, CBT techniques, and parts work/IFS-informed therapy within a trauma-informed approach. I use this approach to help you process past or recent trauma, restructure irrational negative thought patterns and teach coping skills to manage them.
